Its all about the lettering on this one. 'My' comes in a flowing cursive script at the top, then 'GRILL' sits below it in big bold block letters with kinda chunky satin fills. Below that 'MY' again in script, and then 'Rules' wraps it up in that same flowing hand. A tiny chef hat floats up beside the M. On the right side theres a round kettle grill with a red flame bursting out the top, done with open satin work on the grill body and a proper satin fill on the flame. 2 colours: dark grey for the text and chef hat, red for the grill and fire.
I plotted this in Wilcom EmbroideryStudio, density of 500. The large lettering carries alot of stitch weight, the 7.38-inch size clocks in around 27,700 stitches and the small 3.44-inch size is around 12,000. There are 5 sizes total. Use a tearaway or cutaway stabiliser on aprons depending on stretch, and go for a medium to heavy tearaway on stable woven fabrics like twill. The density on the block letters means you really dont want thin jersey without proper topping or youll lose the letter edges.
My customers love putting this on black and navy aprons, the red grill pops really well against dark fabric. One customer sent me a message this month saying she put it on a charcoal grey apron for her husband as a Father's Day gift and it looked brilliant. Honestly I wasnt sure the grey on grey would work but she was right, the red flame saves it completely. Send me a quick dm if you want a colour swap and Ill sort the digitising.
Stitch it on cotton canvas aprons, denim shirts, or canvas tote bags for grillers. Pop it on a navy fleece vest for someone who takes their backyard barbecue seriously. Works on charcoal grey or black cotton too. Try the 5-inch size on a linen kitchen towel for a smaller version.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
