Four colours stack up in this build: 2 shades of pink for the rainbow arc, a red for the floating hearts scattered below it, and a fourth thread for the lettering. The arc itself uses layered satin to give it depth, lighter pink on one side and a warmer hotter pink on the other. At the 2.53-inch width its 9,961 stitches and the largest 5.43-inch version hits 30,814 stitches, so this is a dense build. Density sits at 756 which means it needs a firm stabiliser and a patient machine, dont try to rush it.
Hoop a heavy cutaway stabiliser for any size. The layered arc fill is the heaviest part and it will pull on lighter tearaways. On kids clothing like t-shirts and onesies I back the fabric with cutaway, float it on top so theres no hoop mark, and add water-soluble film atop so the tiny heart shapes come out crisp. Run your machine at 550 to 600 SPM and trim jump threads as you go between colours. The 4 thread changes are straightforward but theres alot of coverage in the arc area so slow stitching prevents pushing.
My niece had me stitch the 3.5-inch version onto a white kids birthday sweatshirt last summer and the pink-on-white contrast was gorgeous. She took it to school and apparently every kid in her class wanted one. Use a 75/11 sharp needle on cotton knits and dont skip the underlay under the arc fills. Add the topping film on any fluffy or loose-weave fabric to stop the hearts from sinking into the surface.
Great for onesies, toddler shirts, canvas tote bags, and large cotton cushion covers. Text me if you run into any trouble with the download and I'll get you sorted fast.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
