Its a lily bouquet done in that classic two-colour botanical style where the outlines do most of the talking. The main blooms are open trumpet lilies, powder blue fills with white centres cut in by directional stitching so you can actually see the petal layers separating. Theres a cluster of small filler florets tucked at the base and a single pointed bud reaching up at the top right, which gives the whole thing that natural off-balance garden look instead of a stiff symmetrical arrangement.
I run a small flower farm and I made this design last august because I kept getting requests from customers who wanted a lily piece that wasnt pink and saccharine. Powder blue reads almost lavender-purple on certain fabrics depending on thread dye lot, which is honestly one of my favourite things about it. On white cotton it sits clean and crisp. On cream linen it picks up alot of warmth and shifts the whole mood.
3 colours total. White goes in first, then powder blue, then black outlines last. And theres only 2 colour changes across the whole run so its fast on the machine. Smallest size is 3.5 by 2.53 inches at 11,277 stitches, biggest is 7.5 by 5.43 inches at 26,177 stitches. Hoop tight on the largest size because those long petal satin fills need good tension to sit flat without puckering.
Lay light tearaway woven cotton or linen. Switch to cutaway on jersey or any stretch fabric because the black outline columns are quite fine and they'll pull without the extra support. Pop the 3.5-in feature on a tote front pocket, run the 5.5-inch on a canvas apron bib, use the big 7.5-inch on a linen table runner for a botanical centrepiece that actually looks like it took effort.
What people are using this design for
A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.
- Linen tote bags for flower market sellersStitch the 5.5-inch on the front face of a natural canvas tote and pair with twine handles for a flower market look.
- Canvas apron bibs for garden cafesPop the 3.5-inch on a cream linen apron bib pocket for a garden cafe uniform that doesnt look mass-produced.
- Botanical wall hoop art for living roomsHoop the 7.5-inch in a 9-inch natural wood frame and hang it as botanical wall art in a sitting room or hallway.
- Linen table runner centrepieceRun the largest size down one end of a white linen table runner for a garden wedding or dinner party centrepiece.
- Cotton tea towel corner motifEmbroider the small 3.5-inch into the bottom corner of a white cotton tea towel for a botanical kitchen gift.
- Denim jacket chest pocket patchStitch the 4.5-inch on a light denim jacket chest pocket for a subtle floral detail with real presence.
- Bridal shower favour pouchesUse the smallest size on a cotton muslin pouch for bridal shower favours, pairs well with dried lavender inside.
- Nursery curtain panel embroideryRun the 5.5-inch on sheer white curtain panels in a nursery using a water-soluble topping so the stitches sit above the weave.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
