Played with this one for a while before the layout clicked. Four words stacked vertically, each in its own colour and its own retro rounded font. Thick comes first at the top in a warm orange with two small palm tree silhouettes flanking it, one on each side, like tiny stamps. Then thighs in sky blue, slightly wider than the word above it. Summer in hot pink on line three, using a rounder chunkier letterform than the lines above. Then vibes in lime green closing it out, and theres a few tiny bird shapes scattered in the negative space between lines to keep the eye moving. Four colours, four vibes, one summer attitude.
Each word is a standalone satin-fill block so the colours are clean and distinct. No blending, no gradients. The palm trees and bird shapes are small enough that they stitch as simple filled silhouettes rather than detailed objects. Total 4 colour stops which is straightforward to run. Density sits at 383 spi which is lighter than average, so it stitches out quicker and lays flatter on fabric without stiffening up the material too much.
Four sizes from 3.46 by 4 inches up to 6.05 by 7 inches. A customer put the large version on the front of a canvas tote for a beach holiday market she runs every july and said the lime green on vibes caught eyes from across the stall. Stitch count tops at about 16k on the biggest size, so even the large isnt a marathon run.
Best on plain light cotton, canvas or a woven linen blend. White or off-white lets all four colours read at full brightness. Avoid dark backgrounds, the orange especially drops off against navy or dark green. Medium-weight cutaway stabiliser works well here, and because the design is mostly open type with not much background fill, you can get away with a smaller hoop than you think. Try the 4-in piece on a tee pocket or the 6-inch centered on a tote front panel.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
