Chibi baby unicorn sitting cute with an oversized head, big sparkle eyes, blush pink cheeks and a tiny gold horn poking up between her ears. Her mane and tail swoop around her in pastel rainbow, soft pink curling into lavender into mint then yellow and pale aqua, all done in flowing satin curls. She holds a single pink heart shaped balloon by a thin string in her mouth, balloon floating right by her tiny horn.
Curly mane sections use directional satin so the pastel colours blend kinda like soft watercolour, and the white body uses a low density underlay so its stitching smooth on most pale fabrics. Heart balloon itself is done with a single pink satin fill outlined in deeper red so it pops away from the unicorn. Sparkle eyes have two tiny white satin highlights inside the bigger purple pupils which gives em that kawaii shine. Theyre what makes this whole design read as friendly rather than spooky.
Fourteen colour changes might sound alot but every mane colour is a short run, the dominant thread is honestly the black for outlines. Densest section is around the eyes and the body fill underneath the mane. Last christmas I had a customer order four of these for her daughters fifth birthday party bag favours and she stitched em all in a single saturday afternoon. Thats how clean the colour stops run on a 5 inch hoop.
Ive been digitising chibi style designs for ages and the trick with these little ones is keeping the body underlay light enough that the fabric texture shows through. Thats whats different from a printed iron on, the fabric itself becomes part of the unicorn body. People have been customising this for baby quilts, kids tees, party favour bags and a couple of bedroom cushion sets. One little detail I love is the tiny pink hoof shoes on her back feet.
Comes in 5 sizes from 2.51 inches up to 5.36 inches wide. Stitches gorgeous on white cotton jersey, pale pink linen, mint fleece, lavender chambray and cream waffle. Skip dark navy or black fabric because the pastel mane colours just vanish into them. Use a soft cutaway behind any baby knit, tearaway behind woven cotton or linen. Pop a wash away topping on fleece to keep those sparkle eyes crisp.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
