The unicorn faces left in a classic portrait pose, white face and neck, long lashes, a spiral horn that shifts from dark to mint teal. The mane is where it all happens though. Its done in layered coral-red and mint-teal waves, the kind of swooping satin fill that really shows directional stitching at its best. Curls and spirals branch out from the main flow and the whole mane kind of floats outward into the background. Scattered all around are hearts in different sizes, coral, pink, mint, some filled solid and some just outlines.
Five sizes from 3.34 inches up to 7.15 inches wide. Stitch counts run from 15,654 on the smallest to 34,134 on the biggest. So this one is genuinely managable on a hoop as small as a 4-inch round frame and still has enough detail to carry a 7-inch framed piece. 5 colours total which keeps thread swaps kinda simple for a design with this much going on visually.
Honestly this one sells year round but it spikes every february and also around the time kids unicorn birthday parties start getting planned, which seems to be all spring and summer. My daughter actually asked me to put this on her backpack in march and I did the 4 inch chest on a pale pink canvas panel. She still uses that bag so I think thats the best product test I got. The hearts around the mane really read well at small sizes because industry-grade software handled the satin outlines cleanly.
Use this on white or pale pink cotton, mint jersey for the 3-inch size, or natural canvas totes. Skip dark backgrounds unless youre using a topping on the white face areas. Cutaway stabiliser works best for jersey and fleece. Use tearaway on woven cotton for the smaller sizes. Run slow on the mane sections, the layered satin fills build up and rushing them causes thread breaks.
Great for valentines day tees, unicorn birthday party merch, girls bedroom decor and back-to-school bags. The mix of coral and mint is what makes it pop on pale fabric and its also what keeps it feeling fresh instead of looking like every other unicorn design out there.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
