Theres something really clean about a solid red bow with no added fuss. Wide looping wings on either side, and then two ribbon tails that drape downward below the knot. The fill uses a soft satin with a bit of a sketchy texture to it, not perfectly flat, which gives it a slightly hand-drawn feel rather than looking like a clip art stamp.
Five sizes going from 3 inches wide max 7 inches, 3,938 stitches at the smallest and 15,232 at the largest. Just 2 colours, so a single bobbin change and youre done. Its a low-fuss stitch, my main software did the digitising and the satin underlay is set up so you wont get gaps where the loops join the centre bow. Run light cutaway under the fabric on lighter fabrics like organza before hooping, it stops the draped ends from pulling at the corners.
I had a customer last Christmas who stitched the 7-inch onto a red velvet table runner and it looked genuinely lovely. Pop it off-centre for a more editorial look, doesnt always have to be dead-middle. Lay light tearaway woven cotton canvas and youll peel it clean after. Skip satin fabric without polymesh backing underneath, it shifts too much mid-stitch.
Email me if you end up wanting this in a different size range, Ive done custom rescales before and its usually a quick job.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
