Classic bow shape, symmetrical on both sides. Two full rounded loops sit at the top and two ribbon tails fall from the bow centre at different lengths so its like a real tied ribbon rather than a clipart shape. A small separate block pinches the loops together where they meet in the middle. Its all fully filled with satin, no outlines drawn on top, just clean ribbon edges from directional stitching that follows the curve of each loop.

Four colours, high density. The main ribbon body carries the richest saturation, the pinch section uses a slightly lighter shade to create a 3D shadow effect, and two thin edge colours give it crisp borders. At 70,680 stitches on the 7.5 span size its a really dense piece, honestly its more thread than most people expect from a bow design. Use a solid cutaway stabiliser on any stretch fabric and a medium-weight tearaway on firm cotton twill. Hoop it properly because satin fill at this density will pucker on anything less than a firm grip.

My mum bought this one last christmas for personalising gift pouches, she did about a dozen in burgundy thread on cream canvas and they looked genuinely shop-quality. Stitch on white cotton, cream linen, pale blush or soft grey fabric and the ribbon colours pop cleanest. Skip dark denim or black backgrounds unless you want the edge colours to carry the whole read. Dont underestimate the density here, its what makes the bow look like a real ribbon and not a flat shape. Drop me a note if you run into any issues and Ill help get you sorted.

Best placement is center chest on a girls tee or baby romper, or corner of a tote bag. Try the smallest 3-in on a headband with a cutaway backing for a really clean result on stretch knit.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
