She told me she stitched this on matching aprons for herself and her daughter over the holidays and they wore them all christmas morning. Thats the kind of project this design was made for. The mixed lettering styles give it that handmade layered look even though it stitches cleanly as a proper machine design. Its one of those quotes that just fits the person youre making it for.
Three colour design: green for most the lettering and tree, red for the ribbon tree layers and some word alternations, and black for the heart and a few letters. Tape a tearaway stabiliser behind the hoop before you start, the dense satin columns in the block lettering sections need something firm underneath to sit flat. Density is around 508 so its solid without being stiff. Use a water-soluable topping if youre stitching on fleece or any fabric with a nap.
Five sizes, smallest around 3.5 inches up to 7.5 wide. The larger size fills a front of sweatshirt really nicely. Stitch it on red, white, or dark green fabric for the full christmas feel.
