So this one came from a very specific halloween-party brief. The cocktail glass dominates the left side, a proper martini shape with a long stem, and its filled with this vivid lime green liquid that spills out at the top in a wild multi-drop splash. A chunky spider hangs off the stem and theres a web fanning out behind the base on the left. The right side stacks the phrase across 4 lines mixing block caps for the first two lines and a big loose script for here and Boos. Green dot bubbles scatter around the whole composition to tie the glass to the text. Two colours in the whole thing, dark charcoal-black for the text and glass outline, and that lime green for every fill element.

The glass fill uses a smooth satin directional fill so it reads as solid liquid rather than a flat patch of colour. Bubble dots are small dense circles with cutaway backing so they stay round and firm after washing. Density overall sits at 442 stitches per square inch across the design, with 19,341 stitches on the biggest 6.25 by 7 inch size. Wilcom EmbroideryStudio digitised this one and the letter spacing on the script sections is tighter than most halloween quote designs Ive worked with, so it holds legibility even on the small 2.68 inch hoop.

5 sizes total, starting at 2.68 by 3 inches and going up to 6.25 by 7. A customer wanted the 5-inch hoop on a black apron for a halloween cocktail party she was hosting, she said it got more comments than her actual decorations. That kinda reaction is exactly what this design is for, its not subtle but its not trying to be.

Pair it with a dark fabric for max contrast. Black, deep plum, forest green or charcoal all let the lime fill pop properly. Use cutaway stabiliser on anything stretchy like an apron or tote, tearaway on stiff woven cotton. Avoid busy prints or anything lighter than a mid-tone grey or the green reads muddy. Run a colour-match check if youre switching the green thread to another shade since the satin fill is sensitive to density variation between thread brands.

Best on adult halloween party gear: aprons, wine-night totes, hostess gift bags or sweatshirts for the crew that shows up every year. Send us a note through the contact page if youve got a colour question or a size thats giving you trouble and well help you get it right.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
