Stacked christmas quote, reads Its Beginning to Smell a Lot Like Christmas. The Its sits up top in bright green script, BEGINNING below it in bold tomato red blocky caps, then to Smell flows in green script through the middle. A Lot Like comes back in green cursive, and CHRISTMAS lives down on a red banner ribbon at the bottom. Two lil brown gingerbread men stand on either side of the middle row, holding the quote together visually.
Six colours total. Bright green, gingerbread brown, tomato red, white highlights, dark red shadow on the ribbon, and black for the gingerbread outlines. Stitch counts go 12,996 at the smallest 3.25 by 3.5 inch up to 29,443 at the biggest 6.95 inch wide version, density at 565 which is medium-light so it sits flat without much puckering. I ran the file through Wilcom EmbroideryStudio, the satin column angles across the red block letters and a layer of underlay sits beneath the script connectors so the thin curves dont sink.
Last december, one customer ordered the largest size for a batch of christmas baking aprons in natural cotton canvas, she sold 25 at her holiday market booth in one weekend. Said the gingerbread men got the most compliments. The 4 inch size also looks really nice on a tea towel corner or kitchen wall hoop.
Best on flat cotton, canvas, linen or twill where the script can read crisp. Pair with light tearaway stabiliser, the design wont need anything heavy. Skip stretchy jersey or thin sheers, the cursive curls will distort. Pop topping over towel or terry so the thin parts dont sink in the loops. Run polyester thread for the reds and green, those colours need to hold through alot of kitchen washing. Centre carefully because the long horizontal layout suprises people on a 5x7 hoop. Text me through the shop chat if you need it resized for a 4x4 frame, Ill batch it same evening.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
